     因对我国经济快速发展时期，相应的生活方式转型引发的糖尿病等慢性疾病潜在的爆发式增长的认识，结合在生物传感技术—葡萄糖酶电流生物传感器上一点小的创新，我们梦想着创立一家为糖尿病人提供优质的监测产品和服务，帮助他们提高生活质量的公司。由此于2002年8月7日，三诺在长沙国家高新区的一间实验室创立了。

     Due to rapid development of China's economy, lifestyle transformation resulted in people's awareness on explosive growth of chronic diseases including diabetes. With our innovation on glucose enzyme current biosensor, a biosensor technology, we dream of establishing a company that provides quality monitoring products and services for diabetic patients to help them improve their quality of life. On August 7, 2002, Sinocare was established in a laboratory in Changsha National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.
